What is quantum healing, QHHT® and BQH?
Quantum healing. Quantum healing is a powerful form of energy medicine that can change lives. It taps into the amazing powers of our consciousness, the quantum field, and the universe to help people heal and grow. We all have access to these powers inside us, all the time. Quantum healing can help you overcome limits and connect with your higher self to create the life you want. It helps address the root causes of illness and activates your own inner wisdom and ability to heal yourself.
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT)®. The Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT)® was developed by Dolores Cannon as a technique to communicate with a client's Higher Self, divine Light Beings, and spiritual guides. This higher level of awareness can provide deep healing and answers to questions. QHHT® uses safe hypnotherapy techniques to help people relax and connect with their higher self and guides.
Beyond Quantum Healing. Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) is another approach to quantum healing created by Candace Craw-Goldman, who learned from Dolores Cannon. It's a flexible and caring way to access healing. As Mercedes practices BQH, it works similarly to QHHT®, connecting with the higher self and guides, but it's designed for virtual sessions, making it more accessible to people who can't meet in person.
How does a quantum healing session usually unfold?
Quantum healing sessions, whether they're in-person QHHT® or online BQH, typically last around 4 hours. The session is divided into three main parts: an initial discussion, the hypnosis phase, and a brief wrap-up. During the initial discussion, you'll share a bit about your life, offering valuable context for the hypnosis later on. Towards the end of this chat, we'll talk about your questions for your Higher Self and set intentions for the hypnosis.
The hypnosis phase typically involves exploring past lives followed by a conversation with your Higher Self or divine Light Beings. They'll respond to your questions and provide profound energetic healing from top to bottom. You'll receive a recording of your past life regression and the conversation with your Higher Self/Light Beings to listen to whenever you like. Each time you listen, you may gain further insights and experience more healing.
Is there anything to consider for online sessions?
If you've scheduled an online BQH session, it will be conducted through Zoom. To ensure good audio quality, it's best to have a headset or earbuds with a microphone. During the session, you'll be seated for the initial discussion and then reclining or lying down for the hypnosis part. Once you've booked and paid for the session, feel free to ask any questions about how to prepare for a successful experience.
What's it like to be hypnotized? Can everyone be hypnotized?
There's a common belief that if someone stays awake and aware during their hypnosis session, it didn't work. Some people interested in quantum healing hypnosis may think they can't be hypnotized due to past experiences not meeting their expectations. Hypnosis is a natural state of the brain, akin to deep relaxation. We slip into a hypnotic state every time we fall asleep and wake up, and even during light trance states like zoning out or being deeply engaged in an activity we enjoy.
While a few clients may enter a deeply unconscious state during hypnosis, most remain awake and aware throughout. The goal of quantum healing is to keep clients somewhat conscious during hypnosis, allowing them to integrate the experience into their daily lives.
There's no one-size-fits-all way to experience hypnosis. Many clients feel deeply relaxed during the induction and may remain consciously present, sharing their observations or receiving messages from their Higher Self. Others may feel their consciousness stepping aside to let their Higher Self take over, while some may feel as if their consciousness leaves their body entirely. Whichever experience you have is perfect for you, and nurturing your imagination and visualization through meditation can help quiet the logical mind and facilitate communication with your Higher Self.
What happens after the session?
You might feel rejuvenated, relaxed, and perhaps a bit sleepy, as if you've embarked on a wonderful journey. If possible, plan to take the rest of the day off from work. Engaging in self-care or spending time in nature can be beneficial. Grounding techniques like visualizing roots going into the earth, eating healthy foods, walking barefoot on the earth, or using grounding crystals (e.g., moss agate, tree agate), taking a salt bath, and using essential oils (e.g., lavender, sandalwood, cedarwood, frankincense, myrrh, patchouli) can help. Listen to the session recording when you're home, avoiding doing so while driving as it may induce a mild hypnotic effect.
